NTPC encourages the establishment of professional circles as a learning organisation for information sharing, knowledge updating, etc. Employees that share a same interest often gather in professional circles to exchange expertise and the most recent advancements in the industry.

In view of this, A Project Level Professional Circle Convention was organized at NTPC Solapur on December 14. Shri N. S Rao, ED (Solapur) spoke a few words to motivate the participants as he inaugurated the event in the presence senior officials and various departments participants.

Out of the 11 participating teams, Team Unnayan, from the Operation department, won the first place. Team Ardour from C&I received 1st runners up position, followed by Team Udaan from Operation department shared 2nd runners up position with their unique innovative ideas and case studies.
